Founded in 2016 by therapist-turned-owner Elena Marsh, Serenity began as a two-room studio above King Street. Today we occupy a full floor — four treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, and a team of six ITEC-qualified therapists.
Every treatment starts with a consultation. We don't believe in conveyor-belt spa days — each session is adapted to what your body actually needs that day.

Ancient pressure-point technique applied to the feet. Each zone of the foot corresponds to an organ or system — reflexology aims to restore flow and reduce stress throughout the body.

Every therapist is ITEC-qualified with a minimum of three years' clinical experience before joining Serenity.
ITEC Level 3, VTCT Aromatherapy. Specialist in deep tissue and oncology massage. 14 years' experience.
Elemis-trained, CIDESCO qualified. Specialist in anti-ageing and sensitive skin protocols.
ITEC Level 4, sport and remedial massage. Works with Cambridge runners, cyclists, and desk-bound professionals.
